Aplicada a

Aplicada a
colectivamente.
Theory of Systems (6)
The General Theory of Systems states that the properties of the systems can not be described in terms of its separate elements; their understanding occurs when it is studied globally. The General Theory of Systems is based on three basic premises:1. The systems exist within systems: each system exists within a larger one.
2. The systems are open. This premise is a consequence of the antecessor. Each system which is examined, except for the smallest or largest, receives and unloads something in the other systems, generally in the contiguous . The open systems are characterized by an endless process of change with their environment, which are other systems. When sharing is stopped, the system disintegrates, ie loses its energy sources.
3. Functions of a system depends on its structure.
The interest of the General Theory of Systems is related with the characteristics and parameters established for all systems. Applied to management, GTS sees the company as a structure that is reproduced and displayed through a system of decision-making, both individually and collectively.
