Elevar vol dir aixecar la restricció que tenim. Aquest és el quart pas. No ha de ser el segon. Molt sovint, la gent es queixa que té una limitació i que s'ha de posar més recursos o invertir més. Quan s'aplica el segon pas, senzillament no malgastar el que tenim com limitació, resulta que també, molt sovint, la limitació desapareix. Quan haguem completat el segon i el tercer pas, i encara tinguem la limitació, aleshores serà el moment de donar aquest quart pas. No abans.

Elevar la Limitación del sistema.
Elevar significa levantar la restricción que tenemos. Este es el cuarto paso. No ha de ser el segundo. Frecuentemente, la gente se queja por tener una limitación y pide que se dediquen más recursos o inversiones. Cuando se aplica el segundo paso, simplemente no desperdiciar lo que tenemos como limitación, resulta que también, muy a menudo, la limitación desaparece. Cuando hayamos completado el segundo y tercer paso, y aún tengamos la limitación, entonces será el momento de dar el cuarto paso. No antes.

The fourth steps is:
Elevate the system's Constraint.
Elevate means "lift the restriction that we have." This is the fourth step, not the second step. So many times, people is complaining about a huge constraint, and claims for more resources or investments. When they exercised the second step of just not wasting what was available, it turned out that there was more than enough. The constraint disappears. When the second and third steps are complete and we still have a constraint, that is the time to move to the fourth step. No before.
