La mala programació o els imprevistos, que sovint tenen com a conseqüència la realització de comandes urgents que aturen la resta de la producció, té conseqüències molt més importants de les inicialment previstes. En general, la productivitat del recurs coll d'ampolla es veu afectada. Hem de prioritzar les limitacions per aconseguir el millor resultat del sistema.

Novena regla: Las prioridades se han de fijar sólo considerando de forma simultanea todas las limitaciones del sistema.
La mala programación o los inprevistos, que a menudo tienen como consecuencia la realización de órdenes urgentes que paran el resto de la producción, tiene consecuencias mucho más importantes que las inicialmente previstas. En general, la productividad del recurso cuello de botella queda afectada. Hemos de priorizar las limitaciones para conseguir el mejor resultado del sistema.

Ninth rule: The priorities must be set just by taking into consideration simultaneously all the constraints of the system.
Inefficient programming or unforeseen factors, which consequently result in urgent orders that stop the remaining production, have much more important consequences than those initially planned. On the whole, the productivity of the bottleneck resource is affected. We have to priorize the constraint to achieve the best result of the system.
